Returning Students

Message to parents of returning students
If your student has a medical issue for which they will need accommodations at school (such as taking medication or requiring a medical procedure) please provide a California licensed prescriber's order/letter/note, which must be renewed every school year or when anything changes in the order. It is the parent /guardian's responsibility to bring medications and make sure there is sufficient supply throughout the school year. 
 
If you do not have a healthcare provider for your child, please speak to the District Nurse. 
 
Immunization changes for transfer students
Students transferring to a different campus, even within the same school district, must have met all the same immunization requirements of a new student. Please be sure that your child has all immunizations. Bring their shot record for the nurse to approve to avoid delays in school enrollment.
