Wasco Union BC Early College programs at Wasco High School
Bakersfield College is expanding access to college courses in Wasco for both high school students and adults. The Early College program at Wasco High allows high school students to begin taking college courses for free while in high school. Many of the college course offerings lead to a Certificate or Degree and many are transferable to the CSU and UC system. High School students can access college courses during the school day, after school, and/or over the summer as part of their Early College program and adults can take classes in the evening on the Independence High School campus.
