Good nutrition and learning go hand in hand

The Food Service department is made up of a team of food and nutrition professionals that are dedicated to student's health, well-being, and ability to learn. We support learning by promoting healthy habits for lifelong nutrition and fitness practices.

Meals, foods, and beverages sold or served at schools meet state and federal requirements which are based on the USDA Dietary Guidelines. We provide students with access to a variety of appealing foods including fruits, vegetables, and whole-grain foods that meet the health and nutrition needs of students.

CEP Notification

We would like to inform you that Wasco Union High School District will be continuing the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) for the 2021-2022 School Year. Schools that participate in the CEP are able to provide healthy breakfasts and lunches each day at No Charge for all students enrolled in that CEP school during the 2020-2021 School Year.
